Salads are an excellent source of nutrition and proteins as well as being the key to a balanced diet. You don’t have to be on a diet to eat salads. They can be a part of your meal or you can even replace your meal with a salad. In fact, there are many studies which support that even the healthiest of people should skip one meal a day and eat a salad instead. They help you look and feel younger as they are great for skin, hair and figure. It is very important to keep an eye on what you eat, especially if exercising regularly.

Now that you’re motivated to eat some salad, here are three easy to make salads that won’t take much of your time and taste delicious.
